Refund Policy

The short version

Cancel any subscription at any time from the billing portal — you keep what you paid for through the end of the current period, and you are never charged again. Beyond that, we keep refunds simple and human.

Monthly subscriptions

First charge not what you expected? Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Renewals are generally not refunded — cancel before the renewal date instead — but if something went wrong (double charge, billing error, you cancelled and we charged anyway), we fix it, always.

Annual subscriptions

Full refund within 30 days of any annual charge, no questions asked. After 30 days, annual charges are not refunded, but you keep the full year you paid for.

Founding Signals pre-order promise

Founding Signals members get today’s Signals-tier limits immediately, with the advanced Signals toolkit arriving as it ships. Until that toolkit has shipped, a Founding Signals member may request a full refund of every Founding Signals payment made — at any time, for any reason. That is the deal, in writing.

How to ask

Email devon@devonmorris.com from your account email. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
