Refund Policy

The short version

Cancel any subscription at any time from the billing portal. You keep what you paid for through the end of the current period, and you’re never charged again.

Your first payment

If ComiXComps isn’t what you expected, ask within 7 days of your first payment on any plan (monthly, annual or Founding) and we’ll refund it in full.

Renewals

Renewals aren’t refunded. Cancel before your renewal date and you won’t be charged again.

When we get it wrong

Double charge, billing error, or you cancelled and we charged anyway: we fix it, always.

How to ask

Email comics@comixcomps.com from your account email. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
